Rob Jacobs

Rob currently serves as the Area Director for South Coastal FCA. He was first connected to South Coastal FCA as a volunteer while working as a full-time Youth Pastor at a local church. Rob became a full-time Area Representative in 2019, serving schools within Beaufort County before becoming the Area Director in 2022 and now overseeing/leading our team in all the schools we serve in 4 different counties. Having the chance to build relationships and lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus has been the highlight of his time serving South Coastal FCA.

Lisa serves as an Area Representative for the Hilton Head & Bluffton Schools within South Coastal FCA. She was first connected to FCA as a volunteer, then as a board member, and in 2014 became a full-time Area Representative. Throughout her 11 years on staff, she has had the opportunity at different times to serve within every middle school and high school within Hilton Head and Bluffton. Lisa loves building relationships within the area that she serves and seeing those she meets grow in their faith over time. “Working for FCA has been an amazing blessing and journey“.

Caroline Molloy

Caroline currently serves as an Area Representative for Beaufort County within South Coastal FCA. She joined our FCA team in 2022 after two years of volunteering as a speaker at various campus huddles. The schools she serves currently between Hilton Head Island and Bluffton are HHI Middle School, HHI Prep Middle School, HHI Prep High School, May River High School, and Cross Schools. One thing Caroline loves most about her job is the discipleship that takes place with the students in the schools she serves. She is deeply grateful for the opportunity she has weekly to serve the next generation and be part of an upstanding organization.

Zachary Waters

Zach currently serves as an Area Representative for Beaufort County within South Coastal FCA. He was first connected to FCA in 9th grade while a new student at Hilton Head High School after finding his way into one of the Friday morning FCA huddles. “I guess you can say I was hooked! From student, to leader, to rep FCA has played a crucial role in my walk with God.” Zach officially joined FCA staff in 2021 and currently serves Hilton Head Christian Academy’s Middle and High School huddles. “I love relationally walking alongside young people as they fall further in love with Jesus and step into the calling God has placed on their lives!”

Sean Sutay

Sean Sutay serves as the FCA Sports Representative within South Coastal FCA in addition to being an Area Representative within Bluffton schools. Sean recently joined our staff in 2025 but has been connected with FCA long before then. He was saved at a local FCA Fields of Faith Event in 2012 and has been involved with FCA ever since. In high school he served as a student huddle leader and attended FCA summer camp at Saint Simons ever year. Upon graduating high school, he remained involved in FCA as a guest speaker at Bluffton schools. The school he currently serves is Bluffton High School. Sean states that “being able to be a light and serve the schools and community I grew up in is probably one of the best feelings in the world.”

Joe Battista

Joe has been serving as an Ambassador within South Coastal FCA since 2024, starting first as a volunteer before coming on staff. With 30+ years’ experience coaching, his first experience with FCA was at Penn State where he coached and attended a Coach/Athlete huddle on Wednesday nights at the East Area Locker Room during 2000-2013. The schools Joe currently serves are May River High School and USCB. Through this he has seen impact that comes from sharing the Gospel with coaches who in turn are helping young people to know Christ. He has found the relationships and friendships that spur one each other on in their faith truly inspirational. “My involvement in FCA has been one of the greatest blessings of my life and has brought me closer than ever to the Lord”!

Daniel Cazenave

Daniel currently serves as an Ambassador for Beaufort County within South Coastal FCA. While he joined our staff in 2023, he has been connected to FCA for several years, first as a student, then as a Student Pastor, and now as an Ambassador. Daniel leads the student and coaches huddles at USCB in Bluffton, and he also serves McCracken Middle School. What Daniel enjoys most about his job is “connecting people to Jesus and Godly community on the mission field of schools.”

Nadine Waters

Nadine serves as an Administrative Assistant to Rob Jacobs, the Area Director of South Coastal FCA. She first came on staff in 2016, serving as the Administrative Assistant to the founding South Coastal FCA Director Paul Cifaldi. She has seen first-hand how God has provided for and grown the South Coastal FCA team since back in 2016 there was only 5 staff members and now our team has 15 staff. Amongst the many things she does for South Coastal FCA behind the scenes, she currently serves alongside her husband Drew at the Hilton Head Prep Middle School Huddle. “I am blessed to be part of a Christian Ministry doing Kingdom work. I also enjoy that my whole family has been able to be part of the ministry as well.”

Cloe Marchant

Cloe also serves as an Administrative Assistant to Rob Jacobs, the Area Director of South Coastal FCA. Having been on staff since 2022 she has loved seeing growth and answered prayers take place within the 4 counties South Coastal FCA serves. While most of her work takes place behind the scenes, South Coastal FCA Camps is where you will see her as the camp admin. “Seeing Paul’s vision for camps and clinics in the Low Country come to life—and witnessing so many campers say yes to a relationship with Jesus Christ—has been the greatest highlight of my time with FCA.”

Charlie Sauls

Charlie serves as an area representative for Beaufort County within South Coastal FCA. FCA has been a huge part of Charlie’s life for a long time. God used an FCA representative from the Atlanta, GA area to point Charlie to Christ at the age of 15, and since then, he has steadily been involved with FCA. “I want to be the leader that urges someone to surrender to Christ just like someone did for me when I was a young athlete.” Charlie served as an FCA leader through high school and then in college at Anderson University. He served as an intern in the Summer of 2026 and will serve schools in the Hilton Head area. “There’s no better way to spend your life than laboring for the Gospel, and what a blessing that I get to labor for the Gospel in the context of sports.”

Wayne Quinlan

Wayne serves several Beaufort schools as an Area Representative within South Coastal FCA. Wayne’s journey with FCA began 25 years ago when he served as an adult volunteer leader at Dutch Fork High school. He has been on staff with South Coastal FCA since 2015. The schools he currently serves are Beaufort High School, Beaufort Middle School, Lady’s Island Middle School, Holy Trinity, Lowcountry Montessori, and Riverview Charter. Discipling coaches, helping them grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ, and watching the overflow of that reach the athletes they server is what Wayne has enjoyed tremendously while working with FCA.

Virgil Fripp

Virgil currently serves as an Area Representative for Beaufort County within South Coastal FCA. He was first connected with FCA as a guest speaker in 2017 and officially joined our team in 2019. The main schools he serves are Robert Smalls Middle School and Batter Creek High School. “Engaging so many people with the Gospel of Jesus The Christ” is what Virgil enjoys most about FCA and if you have had the privilege of seeing that engagement in real time you know that many decisions for Christ have made in response.

Shedrick Sanders

Shedrick serves as an Ambassador for Beaufort County within South Coastal FCA. Being a coach is how his involvement with FCA started and he officially became a staff member in 2021. The schools he currently serves in Beaufort are Whale Branch High School and Whale Branch Middle School. Shedrick enjoys sharing the Gospel and building relationships with those that he serves through FCA.

Jeremiah Young

Jeremiah Young is joining FCA as an Area Sports Representative. Jeremiah’s life mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of youth, accompanied by a heart for preaching the Gospel and making disciples. Jeremiah moved to Beaufort at the age of 14 and graduated from Beaufort High School in 1996. After returning from college, Jeremiah has served in his community as a Youth Minister, youth small group leader, educator, and baseball coach. His first involvement with FCA was when he served as club sponsor during his 13 years at his alma mater as a baseball coach and teacher. He then helped reinvigorate FCA meetings at Robert Smalls International Academy and Bridges Preparatory School while serving those schools as Assistant Principal and Principal, respectively. After 24 years in education, Jeremiah felt a calling to serve in a greater capacity in the ministry of the Gospel and has started his journey with the South Coastal FCA team. He looks forward to using his experiences in education, coaching, and the outdoors to connect and minister to area coaches and athletes. His favorite scripture is, 2 Timothy 3:16-17, “All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.“

Cece Stanley

CeCe Stanley is an Ambassador for FCA within the walls of Robert Smalls Middle School and Battery Creek High School. She works with the girls’ sports teams for both schools. CeCe was a member of FCA while in high school at Beaufort High in the late ’90s and has fond memories of how great it was to be involved with other students who had the same mind for Christ. As an adult, she began to be involved with the youth ministries in the churches she attended and realized her passion for teaching others about the Christ and His amazing gift of grace. When her husband, Clay, became the Battery Creek assistant baseball coach, he met area representative Virgil Fripp who invited them to an FCA weekend. It was here that CeCe became involved in FCA again. Since 2025, she has helped with Camp Grace and looks forward to the rewards that being involved with FCA brings in the transformative relationships with Christ and the teams. Being involved with girls, especially, is import to CeCe because of the verses in Titus 2:3-5, that older women should teach the younger girls what is good and how to be self-controlled and pure. “Like Jesus says, the harvest is ready, and I am willing, Lord, send me.”
