DESCRIPTION:South Coastal FCA All Abilities Camp is excited to return for its third year in the Lowcountry of South Carolina—and we need your help to make this year our best yet! We are seeking volunteers ages 13 and older to help us provide a safe, fun, and meaningful camp experience for individuals ages 5–35 with special needs. Our two primary volunteer roles are Camper Buddies, who support and encourage campers throughout the day, and Sports Station Helpers, who assist with adapted activities such as football, softball, baseball, basketball, physical fitness, and soccer.\nThose interested in serving must apply to volunteer. The one-day sports camp is intended to serve those in our community ages 5-35 with special needs. It is the utmost importance to our staff and the organization of FCA to provide a fun, safe, and quality camp environment for every camper that attends. This sports camp will include a variety of simplified activities such as football, softball, baseball, basketball, physical fitness, and soccer. The day will be concluded with a provided lunch for campers and their parent/guardian and followed by a spiritual message.
