FCA Spring Service Day was held March 5, 2016
at Chaplin Community Park, Hilton Head Island


Student-Athletes from all area schools in grades 7-12th came together to serve
in a Saturday Community Service Project to benefit Chaplin Park.

Coordinated by SouthCoastal FCA, with the Town Of Hilton Head Facilities Division and the Chris Canty Foundation.

A teamwork project with student- athletes from area schools to join together to serve our community in a Saturday service day at Chaplain Park. We will form teams to do light landscaping and grounds clean-up. Coaches and adults are needed and invited to participate. NFL veteran and Super Bowl Winner Chris Canty of the Baltimore Ravens, part-time island resident & founder of the Chris Canty Foundation will join us and give a closing message. Lunch provided, Team competitions (participation in competition optional). Students can earn community service hours.

9:45am Welcome & instructions: FCA, Chris Canty, & Town of HH Facilities Rep
10:00am-11:30am Service Project Work Time
11:30am-12:00pm Message by Chris Canty and lunch
12:00-12:30pm Team athletic competition
